Helmetal IMS production takes place in Tihemetsa, Pärnu County, where the company has over 9,300 m² of manufacturing space and nearly 20,000 m² of outdoor storage area. The production units are equipped with a modern machinery fleet and overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 10 tons, enabling the manufacturing and processing of both construction and mechanical engineering metal structures.

The company’s main areas of activity include sheet metal cutting, CNC turning and milling, bending, welding, and the production of metal structures and equipment components.

For sheet metal cutting, the company uses an AJAN CNC plasma and gas cutting machine; for mechanical work, DOOSAN PUMA and OKUMA lathes, as well as Hartford and Mecof CNC milling machines. For bending work, an Ermaksan HAP press brake with a capacity of up to 200 tons is available.

The production units are also equipped with painting and finishing rooms, a shot-blasting chamber for surface preparation, and high-pressure painting systems (Graco, Wagner, Dürr).

Operational efficiency is supported by an electrical capacity of up to 1,400 A and lifting and loading equipment that allows handling heavy and large workpieces.
