The production processes of OÜ Helmetal IMS take place at the production facilities located in the small town of Tihemetsa in Pärnu County. The company’s main fields of operation include sheet metal cutting, turning work and the production of metal structures. The annual production capacity of Helmetal IMS is 2,000 tons of steel structures, including different constructional and engineering products. The premises used for production have increased to approximately 9,400 square metres by today. In 2016, Helmetal IMS will expand its production area even further, establishing a new collection area and new finishing facilities. In addition, the company has 20,000 square metres of external warehouse space. The goal of the company is to own the best competitive production technology. For sheet metal cutting, we use the modern AJAN CNC plasma cutting machine; for mechanical works, we use CNC lathes. Our company also has a CNC milling and bending machine. All production facilities are equipped with lifting technologies with a lifting capacity of up to 10 tons. OÜ Helmetal IMS has the management system certificates of ISO 9001:2008 and AQAP 2110:2009. Furthermore, the company is a certified producer of steel structures according to the standard EN 1090-1, which enables the manufacturing of products up to the execution class EXC2 and the adding of a CE marking. The quality system of welding has been certified in accordance with the standard EVS-EN ISO 3834-3.
